Profile

Nocellara del Belice is a Sicilian dual-purpose star, protected by PDO in the Valle del Belice. As a table olive, picked green and mildly cured, it is sold worldwide as the bright, buttery, crisp Castelvetrano. As an oil, it is fresh and vivid: tomato leaf, green almond and herbs, with a medium body and a clean, pleasant bite. It is one of the most recognisable Italian olives on either side — jar or bottle.
